Hello everyone...I am new to this. I have a blog on myspace but this looks like it might be easier and more fun. I met a friend on myspace that has a blog on here. So I thought I would try it. Here is a picture of the last quilt I made about 4 weeks ago for a dear friend. It is a snow ball quilt. It was fun to make.
I am currently working on a quilt for my bed. I have been makeing quilts for 3 years and this is the first chance I have had to work on something for myself. I will post a picture when I am done.
I also love to cook. I am a stay at home mom. And very blessed to be able to do so in this day and age. Most people my age don't want to. I love being able to be home for them if they need me.
I guess i m gonna post this and try to figure out exactly how to use it. Can't wait to hear from fellow quilters. God Bless.

Welcome to blogging. Your snowball quilt is very nice. I like the dark background. Your sold or close to solid fabric makes me think of the quilts in the book Modern Quilts.
Thank your for such a nice compliment. The prints are a very small calico. I also started another one that is alot busier than this one. It has orange for the backgroung. And I used about 10 different prints. I will add the picture as soon as I am done with it. Look forward to hearinf from you again.
