Baby Quilt Top

I started this quilt top earlier in the week and completed it today. I am making some blankets to donate to Project Linus. This is the first top I made for the donation. I am also working on one for a girl too. I will post a picture of that later in the week when I am finished with it. It is using a scrap pattern but the colors are yellow and red. Yesterday I found a bunch of material for a dollar a yard at Hobby Lobby. They are a bunch of kids prints. So I got 6 different prints. So that is six more blankets I can make to donate.
I found out who my partner is for the July partner swap. I went and bought the fabric this morning. Can't wait to get my swaps in th mail.
I got a scrapbook in the mail today that I ordered off ebay. It is prettier than I thought it would be. Now I can start our scrapbook about our vacation to Florida that we took in June.
Well I am off to nurse my headache. It came on all of the sudden. It must be allergies.

You made a pretty quilt; generous to give it away; got a great deal - fabric at a dollar a yard; bought something that is prettier than you thought it would be; and get to go shopping for the partner swap. Looks like you are having a great day. Sorry about the headache; I've had them lately too.

Oooh that turned out really pretty. That is the block I used for the 9 Patch Swap I did with Beginners_and_Beyond. I've been slacking in the quilt dept. lately. I haven't felt inspired to go down and sew the last few days. :) I love looking at what's been keeping you busy lately though! And WOW have you been busy!
